Wangun OG Daikoku Tour Policy

 

Thank you for choosing Wangun OG for your Daikoku tour experience. To ensure a safe and enjoyable tour for everyone, please read and adhere to the following policies.

 

1. General Policies

• Tour schedules and locations may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or other unexpected events. We will do our best to notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
• Our guides’ English proficiency varies. If you require a fluent English-speaking guide, please inform us in advance so that we can arrange one for you.
• If you experience any communication difficulties during the tour, our other guides will be happy to assist.
• Please follow all instructions given by the guide. Failure to do so may result in termination of your participation without a refund.
• We are not responsible for any unexpected incidents, accidents, or conflicts with other individuals during the tour. Participation is at your own risk.

2. Safety & Conduct

• Participants must respect local laws, traffic regulations, and all safety guidelines provided by the guide.
• Reckless behavior that may endanger yourself, other participants, or local drivers is strictly prohibited.
• Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances before or during the tour is not allowed.
• Any damage caused to vehicles or properties due to negligence will be the responsibility of the participant.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days to 1 day before the tour will be refunded, but a processing fee may apply.
• Cancellations made 3 days before the tour will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time will be non-refundable (100% cancellation fee applies).
• No-shows will not be eligible for any refund.
• Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

4. Liability Disclaimer

• By participating in this tour, you acknowledge that Wangun OG is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft, loss, or damages that may occur during the tour.
• Participants must have their own travel insurance to cover any potential incidents.
• Any disputes or claims arising from the tour shall be settled according to Japanese laws and regulations.

当社は、国内ドリフト競技関係者や自動車業界とのネットワークを活かし、一般的な観光では触れることのできないリアルなJDMカルチャーへの理解を深める体験提供を行っています。ツアーでは、歴史的・文化的価値を持つスポーツカー、クラシックカー、チューニングカー等を活用し、日本を代表するカーコミュニティや自動車文化スポットに関する案内・文化解説・撮影サポートを中心とした体験を提供しています。

ガイドは英語対応可能であり、JDM文化、車両背景、日本独自のカーシーン、モータースポーツカルチャーに関する専門的な解説に加え、お客様の写真撮影サポートや現地コミュニティ理解の補助など、文化体験全体をサポートする役割を担っています。

また、ツアー内で行われる車両での移動は、撮影・文化体験・行程進行を補助する付随的要素であり、独立した運送サービスとして提供されるものではありません。

当社はタクシー事業・旅客運送事業を営むものではなく、送迎のみを目的とした利用、距離・時間・ルートに基づく輸送サービスの提供、または移動自体を対価とする営業行為は一切行っておりません。お客様からいただく料金は、ガイドサービス、文化解説、撮影サポート、体験企画、およびJDMカルチャー体験全体の演出・コーディネートに対する対価として設定されています。

なお、大黒PA等への単純な移動のみをご希望の場合は、レンタカーまたは正規のタクシーサービスのご利用を推奨しております。

当社がツアーで使用する車両は、すべて道路運送車両法および関連法規に基づき、車検基準に準拠した適法なカスタム車両のみを使用しております。違法改造車両の使用、整備不良車両の運行、公道における危険走行を目的としたサービス提供は一切行っておりません。

また、当社が提供する体験は、日本の自動車文化およびJDMカルチャーを安全かつ健全に紹介する文化観光プログラムとして企画・運営されています。当社は、道路交通法その他関連法令を遵守して事業を運営しており、公道における暴走行為、危険運転、違法改造、違法集会等への参加またはそれらを助長することを目的としたサービスは一切提供しておりません。

ツアー中は安全性を最優先事項としており、過度な速度超過、騒音行為、ドリフト走行、公道上でのレース行為その他周辺環境や第三者に危険を及ぼす行為は禁止しております。ツアーは日本の交通法規および公共マナーを遵守した形で実施され、お客様にも安全な行動へのご協力をお願いしております。

さらに、車両については定期的な点検・整備を実施し、安全な運行管理体制の維持に努めています。また、交通状況、天候、現地環境その他安全上の理由により、ガイドの判断で行程・立ち寄り場所・内容等を変更する場合があります。

私たち、株式会社Wangun OG は、日本の文化や特別な観光地の魅力を体験いただくために、改造車を活用した特別VIPガイドツアーを提供しております。このサービスは、訪日外国人を含むお客様に日本の魅力をより深く理解していただくことを目的としたものであり、安全性と法令遵守を最優先に事業を行っております。

弊社のガイドおよび弊社提携ガイドは、適切な研修を受けた専門スタッフであり、お客様が安全かつ快適にツアーを体験できるよう努めています。特に、改造車による移動はツアー演出の一環であり、運輸法に定める旅客運送事業には該当しない形式で運営しております。具体的には、運送を主目的とした事業ではなく、観光体験の一環としてガイド付きの文化体験を提供するものです。

Wangun OG Co., Ltd. provides guided cultural experiences specializing in Japanese JDM culture and automotive heritage. Our programs are designed and operated as cultural experiences that professionally introduce Japan’s unique car culture to international guests, and are not intended to function as simple transportation or chauffeur services.

Leveraging our network within the Japanese drift scene and automotive industry, we offer experiences that provide deeper access to authentic JDM culture beyond what is typically available through conventional tourism. Our tours feature historically and culturally significant sports cars, classic cars, and tuned vehicles, while focusing on cultural guidance, automotive background explanations, photography support, and introductions to Japan’s most iconic automotive communities and car culture locations.

Our guides are English-speaking professionals who support the overall cultural experience by providing specialized explanations regarding JDM culture, vehicle history, Japan’s unique car scene, and motorsports culture, while also assisting guests with photography and helping them better understand local automotive communities.

Vehicle transportation conducted during the tours is provided solely as an incidental element supporting the cultural experience, photography activities, and tour progression, and is not offered as an independent transportation service.

Wangun OG Co., Ltd. does not operate a taxi business or passenger transportation service. We do not provide transportation services based solely on transfer requests, distance, time, or route-based fares, nor do we charge customers for transportation itself. Fees paid by guests are established as compensation for guide services, cultural explanations, photography assistance, experience planning, and the overall production and coordination of the JDM cultural experience.

For guests seeking simple transportation only to locations such as Daikoku PA, we recommend using rental cars or properly licensed taxi services.

All vehicles used during our tours comply with the Road Transport Vehicle Act and related Japanese regulations, and only legally customized vehicles meeting Japanese vehicle inspection standards are utilized. We do not use illegally modified vehicles, poorly maintained vehicles, or provide services intended for dangerous driving on public roads.

Our experiences are planned and operated as safe and responsible cultural tourism programs introducing Japanese automotive culture and JDM heritage. We strictly comply with the Road Traffic Act and all other applicable laws and regulations. We do not provide or promote any activities involving reckless driving, illegal street racing, dangerous driving behavior, illegal vehicle modifications, unlawful gatherings, or any activities that may encourage such conduct.

Safety is our highest priority throughout all tours. Excessive speeding, unnecessary noise, drifting on public roads, street racing, or any behavior that may endanger surrounding individuals, traffic, or the public environment is strictly prohibited. All tours are conducted in accordance with Japanese traffic laws and public manners, and guests are expected to cooperate in maintaining safe and respectful conduct.

In addition, all vehicles undergo regular inspection and maintenance to ensure proper operational safety management. For safety reasons, including traffic conditions, weather, or local environmental circumstances, guides may modify tour routes, schedules, destinations, or activities at their discretion.

Wangun OG Co., Ltd. also provides special VIP guided tours utilizing customized vehicles in order to allow guests, including international visitors to Japan, to experience Japanese culture and unique sightseeing locations more deeply. Our operations prioritize safety and legal compliance at all times.

Our guides and affiliated guides are trained professionals dedicated to ensuring that guests can safely and comfortably enjoy the tour experience. In particular, transportation involving customized vehicles is conducted solely as part of the tour presentation and cultural experience, and is operated in a manner that does not constitute a passenger transportation business under Japanese transportation laws. Specifically, our business is not operated for the primary purpose of transportation, but rather as a guided cultural tourism experience.

The legal compliance of this business structure has been reviewed in advance by attorney Masahiro Sawai of Toyosu Sawai Law Office. Based on his legal review, we have been advised that our business operations comply with current Japanese law, and we continue to operate accordingly.
