Wangun OG Daikoku Tour Policy

 

Thank you for choosing Wangun OG for your Daikoku tour experience. To ensure a safe and enjoyable tour for everyone, please read and adhere to the following policies.

 

1. General Policies

• Tour schedules and locations may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or other unexpected events. We will do our best to notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
• Our guides’ English proficiency varies. If you require a fluent English-speaking guide, please inform us in advance so that we can arrange one for you.
• If you experience any communication difficulties during the tour, our other guides will be happy to assist.
• Please follow all instructions given by the guide. Failure to do so may result in termination of your participation without a refund.
• We are not responsible for any unexpected incidents, accidents, or conflicts with other individuals during the tour. Participation is at your own risk.

2. Safety & Conduct

• Participants must respect local laws, traffic regulations, and all safety guidelines provided by the guide.
• Reckless behavior that may endanger yourself, other participants, or local drivers is strictly prohibited.
• Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances before or during the tour is not allowed.
• Any damage caused to vehicles or properties due to negligence will be the responsibility of the participant.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days to 1 day before the tour will be refunded, but a processing fee may apply.
• Cancellations made 3 days before the tour will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time will be non-refundable (100% cancellation fee applies).
• No-shows will not be eligible for any refund.
• Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

4. Liability Disclaimer

• By participating in this tour, you acknowledge that Wangun OG is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft, loss, or damages that may occur during the tour.
• Participants must have their own travel insurance to cover any potential incidents.
• Any disputes or claims arising from the tour shall be settled according to Japanese laws and regulations.

株式会社Wangun OG は、日本のJDMカルチャーおよび自動車文化遺産に特化したガイド付きカルチャーエクスペリエンスを提供しています。当社のプログラムは、単なる移動や送迎を目的としたサービスではなく、日本独自のカーカルチャーを海外ゲストへ専門的に紹介する文化体験として企画・運営されています。

当社は、国内ドリフト競技関係者や自動車業界とのネットワークを活かし、一般的な観光では触れることのできないリアルなJDMカルチャーへの理解を深める体験提供を行っています。ツアーでは、歴史的・文化的価値を持つスポーツカー、クラシックカー、チューニングカー等を活用し、日本を代表するカーコミュニティや自動車文化スポットに関する案内・文化解説・撮影サポートを中心とした体験を提供しています。

ガイドは英語対応可能であり、JDM文化、車両背景、日本独自のカーシーン、モータースポーツカルチャーに関する専門的な解説に加え、お客様の写真撮影サポートや現地コミュニティ理解の補助など、文化体験全体をサポートする役割を担っています。

また、ツアー内で行われる車両での移動は、撮影・文化体験・行程進行を補助する付随的要素であり、独立した運送サービスとして提供されるものではありません。

当社はタクシー事業・旅客運送事業を営むものではなく、送迎のみを目的とした利用、距離・時間・ルートに基づく輸送サービスの提供、または移動自体を対価とする営業行為はい一切行っておりません。お客様からいただく料金は、ガイドサービス、文化解説、撮影サポート、体験企画、およびJDMカルチャー体験全体の演出・コーディネートに対する対価として設定されています。

なお、大黒PA等への単純な移動のみをご希望の場合は、レンタカーまたは正規のタクシーサービスのご利用を推奨しております。
