However, in recent years, nuisance behavior such as long-term parking, noise, and sudden acceleration have become a problem, and as a countermeasure, fences blocking the night view have been installed and police vehicles are patrolling the area. As for the times when cars gather in large numbers, on weekdays, they start gathering around 10pm and stay there until around 2am. On weekends, the parking lot is closed from around 10pm due to police measures against street racers.
