What Is Hakozaki PA

Hakozaki Parking Area (Hakozaki PA) is located in Chuo Ward, Tokyo, adjacent to Hakozaki Junction, the intersection of the Metropolitan Expressway Route 6 Mukojima Line and Route 9 Fukagawa Line. This PA is shared by both the northbound and southbound lanes, and is unique in that it can be used from either direction.

Hakozaki PA is a loop area on the Shuto Expressway where you can take various routes, so street racers will come back to Hakozaki PA after going around the Shuto Expressway once and then go out for another drive.
This makes it a popular spot for Oki’s JDM cars.
At night, you can also take lots of photos of cool JDM cars that look like they belong in Gran Turismo. The parking lot itself is not large, so sometimes it is filled with NISSAN GTRs.
